Join us at The Chandlery for a one-night-only tasting with Kay Brothers Wines, a historic McLaren Vale estate still producing from its original site since 1890.
For over 130 years, Kay Brothers has been crafting expressive Shiraz, Grenache and Mediterranean-inspired varietals that reflect both tradition and innovation. This intimate evening is hosted by fourth-generation custodian Elspeth Kay and winemaker Duncan Kennedy, with celebrated Sommelier Gill Sykes guiding the conversation as Elspeth and Duncan share the stories behind their craft.
The evening begins with freshly shucked oysters and a Petit Blanc spritz on arrival, followed by a guided tasting of nine premium wines from exciting new releases to estate favourites paired with a seasonal grazing dinner from the Muse Events Catering team.

Join us for an extraordinary evening celebrating Greenock Creek Wines, one of the Barossa Valley’s most acclaimed producers, renowned for their big, richly flavoured reds.
Founded in 1984, Greenock Creek has become a Barossa icon, celebrated for its single-vineyard Shiraz that consistently achieves 100-point scores and a loyal global following. This special evening is hosted by winemaker Alex Peel, in conversation with Sommelier Gill Sykes, as they lead you through the stories, challenges and passion behind each bottle.
The night begins with a glass of Greenock Creek Sparkling Shiraz on arrival, before a guided tasting of nine premium wines including iconic single-vineyard releases such as Roenfeldt Road Shiraz and Apricot Block Shiraz. A seasonal grazing dinner from The Chandlery kitchen will accompany the tasting.
